Glenys is an experienced educator, equestrian business operator, and consultant with decades of industry knowledge. She is the founder of International Horse College, host of the Horse Chats Podcast, and has helped hundreds of horse owners, instructors, and facility managers build safer and more sustainable operations.
Her qualifications include tertiary education in both teaching and equine studies, and she has worked with a diverse range of clients — from local agistment providers to international-level instructors. Glenys’ consulting approach is grounded in a commitment to horse welfare, people safety, and professional development.
She brings a practical, supportive style to her coaching, helping clients gain clarity in their decision-making and confidence in their business direction.
